We have designed our cashless insurance process to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you arrive:
On admission, visit our Insurance Desk with your insurance card or policy number and a valid photo ID. Our team registers your case in the hospital system immediately.
Our insurance team prepares your pre-authorisation file — including your diagnosis, proposed treatment, cost estimate, and supporting clinical notes — and submits it directly to your TPA or insurer's portal without delay.
Your TPA or insurer responds with a full approval, partial approval with a set limit, or — in rare cases — a rejection with a stated reason. Our team communicates the outcome to you clearly and guides you on every next step.
At discharge, your final bill and summary are submitted to the TPA for final approval. You pay only any uncovered difference amount. Our team walks you through every line of the final bill before you leave.
