The difference they make is that the doctors and nurses and everyone cares about every patient. It's not that busy but parking is a problem. And casualty needs some work but overall they are good and you get a personal touch.

Everyone on nursing duty at 3rd floor was very well behaved and very caring from admission to discharge they were truly angels on earth. Special thanks to Dr Gregory Sir and everyone who helped with the surgery. But the room facilities are all very poor.

I never imagined that a rehab facility could feel like home, but that's exactly what this place became for me. I had hit rock bottom after years of alcohol abuse and losing my job. The environment here was warm, non judgmental, and deeply supportive.

I've just had a most enjoyable experience at Sunrise Hospital, Kochi with their health package. Made more pleasurable by their superb staff . Shefi, bhanana and shuhaib. I would recommend this package to everyone.

My mother was admitted here due to high BP and fever. Doctors were good and they treated her well. Admission process was bit delayed as we reached hospital emergency late in night. Shifting to room took couple of hours. Nurses were quite helpful but they seemed a bit over occupied. Sometime if we call them they said will come but after multiple reminders only. Felt this may be due to too many rooms in the floor. Night shift nurses were bit more responsive. Noticed the rooms were not in good condition and badly in need of a maintenance and upgrade due to ageing. Bathrooms had all rusted pipes. Bit shocked to find even the sheets provided were torn!! Considering the amount they charge as room rent request management to check on this aspect on priority.Lab and scan facilities were good. Discharge formalities were good but final bill preparation took quite a while.
