Sunrise Group of Hospitals was born from a belief that quality healthcare should not be a privilege — it should be a right. Founded in 2005 by Dr. Hafeez Rahman Padiyath and Mrs. Parveen Hafeez, Sunrise began as a centre of excellence for minimally invasive surgery and gynaecology in Kochi. Today, it has grown into Kerala's fastest growing multi-speciality hospital network — eight hospitals, 36+ specialties, and a team of over 250 specialist doctors committed to one thing: the health of every patient who walks through our doors.
We have always believed that healing is as much about how you are treated as it is about what you are treated for. At Sunrise, clinical excellence is not separate from compassion — it is inseparable from it. From complex laparoscopic surgeries performed to global benchmarks, to maternity care that feels like home, to corporate health programmes that protect thousands of employees — every service we offer carries the same foundational commitment: Care Beyond Cure.
